ASP. What's that then?

In a recent BT poll, IT managers - prime candidates for ASPs - were asked their opinions on the ASP model. Many had little awareness of the term, let alone the service it could offer. And of those who did understand the offer, 23% said their main reasons for not using ASPs were cost and security.

This shows that it's going to take a while for companies to fully embrace the ASP and IT rental models.
